Canine Country Club

Challenge

Canine Country Club and Pet Hospital in Dallas, Texas is one of the most unique applications we have had the privilege of working on. Although not the biggest in size, this job was very tight in ceiling space and required a lot of coordination due to commercial applications, and medical grade equipment.

Solution

Charolais Mechanical Led the coordination efforts with other MEP trades to provide a smooth build for our client. Using BIM 360, CAD, and Blue Beam we overlaid, coordinated, and executed a custom sequence production plan with Framers and MEP Trades alike. This allowed all trades to better plan, which created a very concise final product.
