Noel Ibanez
Noel is a Class A license holder in the state of Texas for HVAC. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Southern Methodist University, Cox School of Business. With an active hands-on approach, Noel is responsible for Charolais Mechanical’s overall performance and success. Creating a company culture synonymous with quality, ingenuity, and consistency.
With over a decade of leadership experience building Multifamily and Commercial Projects, Noel understands all the complications and ambiguities that come with production environments.
Leading Charolais Mechanical’s efforts to apply best practices around quality control and business development. With the integration of preconstruction and operations. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of budget management during the preconstruction phase of a project.
His team manages conceptual and detailed estimating, in-house take-offs, documentation and scope review, value analysis, subcontractor prequalification and solicitation, comparison, and cost model reporting, as well as cost estimate management for projects with tough logistical constraints.
