Frisco Crossing

Challenge

Frisco Crossing is a podium wrap project located in Frisco, Texas. This project was particularly challenging due to the Commercial Applications Required in wood framed buildings by the City of Frisco.

Solution

Charolais Mechanical overlaid all the structural components, of the building with the Mechanical plans, and was able to identify deficiencies/conflicts before construction started. In addition, we made the most use of dead spaces within the building to ensure all Mechanical components had safe, secure, and accessible routes to their designations.
